What is Exercise is Medicine®?


Exercise is Medicine® (EIM) is a world-scale health initiative launched by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), which encourages the frontline physicians and health care providers to put physical activity in consideration when they are offering treatment plans and to refer patients to qualified exercise service providers, especially those with the EIM credential.
