Dear Students
We would like to share an important update regarding the EXCELL Programme (Extra-Curricular Enrichment for Lifelong Learners).
PHASED OUT FROM 2026/27
Following the University's decision, the EXCELL Programme has been phased out with immediate effect from the 2026/27 academic year. As the Programme has successfully fulfilled its historical mission in providing non-credit-bearing learning opportunities to generations of PolyU students, the University has decided to conclude it and integrate relevant learning opportunities into the respective units across the University.
Over the past 10 years, thousands of students have participated in the EXCELL Programme courses and activities to broaden their horizons, develop new skills and enrich their university experience. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your enthusiastic support and participation throughout the years.
