- By submitting the Campus Tour application, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
- All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation by the University. The University reserves the right to make the final decision on all applications and admissions.
- Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email. Participants must present the confirmation email for admission and registration on the date of the visit.
- Participants must be aged 6 or above on the date of the tour. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to join the tour.
- The University reserves the right to verify the identity of participants upon arrival. Participants who fail to present valid identification or proof of booking may be refused entry.
- Participants are advised to arrive at the designated assembly point 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Participants must comply with all University rules, regulations, and instructions at all times during the tour. The University reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the tour, any participant who fails to comply with such rules, regulations, or instructions.
- The University reserves the right to amend tour arrangements, routes, or schedules without prior notice due to weather conditions, campus emergencies, or administrative requirements.
- No storage or locker facilities are available on campus. Participants are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
- For safety and mobility reasons, participants should not carry luggage or bags exceeding the standard cabin baggage size (56cm x 36cm x 23cm). The University reserves the right to deny participation to anyone carrying oversized items.
- By registering, participants declare that they are in suitable health condition and are physically capable of completing a walking tour lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Participants are responsible for assessing their own health and physical condition before registration and participation.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety at all times and must exercise due care and attention during the tour and follow all safety instructions given by the University, its staff, and docents.
- The University, its staff, and docents shall not be liable for any illness, injury, death, loss, theft, or damage to personal property arising from or in connection with participation in the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Visitor Guide
- Conduct yourself respectfully and courteously at all times while on campus.
- Follow all laws, campus rules, and instructions given by the University, its staff and docents.
- Help protect the environment by keeping the campus clean and tidy.
- Respect the privacy of students, staff and other stakeholders on campus; do not take photos of them without their consent.
- Be considerate of others using campus facilities; do not obstruct or interfere with their use of the facilities.
- Take responsibility for your own safety and that of your companions, if any, during your visit. Pay close attention especially to children to ensure their safety.
- Avoid disturbing the University’s activities. Keep noise levels low and refrain from running.
- Stay out of restricted areas such as offices, laboratories, sports venues.
- Do not litter, spit, or smoke — the entire campus is a smoke-free area.
- Avoid loud noises or the use of amplifying devices.
- Unless prior authorisation has been obtained, speeches, filming, live broadcasts, and recording for social media content on campus are not permitted.
- Commercial activities, including selling and promotion activities, are strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, the booking is non-changeable, except where the tour is cancelled by the University in accordance with these terms and conditions.
