The tour will be automatically cancelled if typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or an extreme weather condition is issued or is expected to be in force within 3 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time.
And, if Typhoon Signal No. 8 is lowered or "extreme weather condition" is cancelled, the arrangement would be as below:

The tour scheduled to commence at or before 12.00noon on that day will be cancelled. The tour scheduled to commence at 12.01pm or later on that day will be arranged as scheduled. |

The tour scheduled to commence at or before 2.00pm on that day will be cancelled. The tour scheduled to commence at 2.01pm or later on that day will be arranged as scheduled. |
| (d) | After 11.00am but at or before 1.00pm |
The tour scheduled to commence at or before 4.00pm on that day will be cancelled. The tour scheduled to commence at 4.01pm or later on that day will be arranged as scheduled. |
| (e) | After 1.00pm | The tour scheduled on that day will be cancelled. |
If any of these signals or announcements are suddenly issued during the tour, tours will be suspended immediately. Participants will be directed to a safe location if a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force.
