Interpersonal Relationship

During the days in college, students are like sitting in the same boat, sailing towards the destination of graduation. Would you choose to share a joyful journey with friends, or be the lonely sailor on the sea?

A strong connection between two or more people can be defined as interpersonal relationship. Such connection is most often found with family and a small circle of best friends. It also exists between a man and a woman. These contexts can vary from kinship relations, marriage, relations with associates, work and neighborhoods etc.

At some points in the relationship, conflict will arise. The conflict will strengthen the relationship, depends on how you deal with it. It is important to talk it through and listen to others’ point of view.
