In collaboration with the Civil Service Bureau of the HKSAR Government, the "Government Career Fair 2026" was successfully held on 23 September at PolyU. The Fair featured the participation of 30+ government bureaux and departments, showcasing over 50 civil service grades. The event provided PolyU students with an invaluable opportunity to explore potential career pathways within the HKSAR Government and public service.
We were honoured to welcome Mr Cyrus CHEUNG, Principal Assistant Secretary for the Civil Service (Appointments), and Prof Horace MUI, Dean of Students, who visited the booths and engaged with both students and representatives from participating government bureaux and departments.
In addition, several bureaux and departments conducted career talks and written tests, providing students with detailed information on civil service roles and recruitment arrangements. Students were empowered to broaden their understanding of civil service and envision their future careers in public service.
