Counselling and Wellness Support

Navigating Your Path to Psychological Wellness

Navigating Your Path to Psychological Wellness

The Counselling and Wellness Section (CWS) is dedicated to promoting student psychological well-being through a variety of impactful initiatives, ranging from professional counselling services to a comprehensive suite of events and talks. Highlights have included the “SHALL WE TALK” roadshow, Psychoeducation Talks, Support Hunting and Wellness Recharge Week, which featured external guest speakers such as Ms Moon Tang, providing students with different perspectives on emotional understanding. Additionally, we collaborated with The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Mind HK to launch the TourHeart+ and Improving Access to Community Therapies (iACT®) respectively, both of which aim to complement our student counselling services through low intensity psychological interventions to support students with mild to moderate mental health problems. CWS commitment to empowering our students’ mental functioning in various capacities remains unwavering as we continue to expand our programmes and resources.
