Visits to the Zunyi Conference Site and Loushan Pass enabled students to appreciate the pivotal decisions and resilience that shaped the nation’s revolutionary path. They learnt how strategic vision, unity and perseverance were vital in overcoming formidable challenges. At the Memorial Hall of the Red Army Crossing the Chishui River Four Times, students were inspired by the Red Army’s adaptability and unwavering faith, which reinforced the importance of discipline and commitment under adversity.
The visit to the Xifeng Concentration Camp Revolutionary History Memorial Hall offered a profound lesson in sacrifice and conviction. These first-hand experiences allowed them to internalise the spirit of courage and selflessness, deepening their appreciation of the nation’s history.
Equally significant was the exchange with the Guizhou University Flag-raising Team.
