Programmes and Activities

Apart from regular counselling services and sports training classes, the Counselling and Wellness Section of SAO organises large-scale programmes and a great variety of workshops for PolyU students to join throughout the academic year.

By participating in our programmes and activities, you could explore ways of keeping yourselves mentally and physically fit. Even more, you might get the chance to initiate your own projects and contribute to the wellness of PolyU community.
