Early Closure of Student Affairs Office on Mid-Autumn Festival: The Student Affairs Office, including the reception counter and counselling services, will close early at 4:00 pm on Mid-Autumn Festival (25 September 2026). The Sports Centre will close at 6:30 pm on the same day. If you need counselling support during non-office hours, you may reach our Non-Office Hours Counselling Hotline at 8100-1583. Special Arrangements for Student Affairs Office’s Services

Due to a preliminary COVID-19 infection case in Student Affairs Office (SAO), the whole QT Wing of the Office will be closed on 24 February 2022 until further notice. 

 

All face-to-face counselling appointments will be changed to online mode.  For urgent counselling support during non-office hours, please call PolyU-Line at 81001583.

 

For further enquiries, please feel free to contact us at 2766 6800 on Mondays – Fridays at 9.00am – 12.45pm and 2.00pm – 6.00pm.
