Early Closure of Student Affairs Office on Mid-Autumn Festival: The Student Affairs Office, including the reception counter and counselling services, will close early at 4:00 pm on Mid-Autumn Festival (25 September 2026). The Sports Centre will close at 6:30 pm on the same day. If you need counselling support during non-office hours, you may reach our Non-Office Hours Counselling Hotline at 8100-1583. Temporary Closure of the Student Affairs Office Reception Counter from 11.45 am to 2.00 pm on 1 June 2026 (Monday) 

Please be informed that the Student Affairs Office (SAO) will be holding a staff retreat on 1 June 2026 (Monday).
  
The SAO temporary reception counter at QT301 will be temporarily closed from 11.45 am to 2.00 pm on the same day. During this period, calls to SAO hotline (2766 6800) will be directed to hotline mailbox. For urgent counselling support, please contact us at 2766 6789.
