Early Closure of Student Affairs Office on Mid-Autumn Festival: The Student Affairs Office, including the reception counter and counselling services, will close early at 4:00 pm on Mid-Autumn Festival (25 September 2026). The Sports Centre will close at 6:30 pm on the same day. If you need counselling support during non-office hours, you may reach our Non-Office Hours Counselling Hotline at 8100-1583. Important Announcement: Postponement of Orientation Showcase

 

Due to the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 / the issuance of a Black Rainstorm Warning / the announcement of “Extreme Conditions” by the Hong Kong Observatory, the Orientation Showcase originally scheduled for today will be rescheduled to 29 August 2025, at the same time and venue, considering the safety of our participants.
