Early Closure of Student Affairs Office on Mid-Autumn Festival: The Student Affairs Office, including the reception counter and counselling services, will close early at 4:00 pm on Mid-Autumn Festival (25 September 2026). The Sports Centre will close at 6:30 pm on the same day. If you need counselling support during non-office hours, you may reach our Non-Office Hours Counselling Hotline at 8100-1583. Early Closure of Student Affairs Office on the Day of Winter Solstice

The Student Affairs Office, including the reception counter, counselling and online chat services, will be closed at 1 pm on 22 December 2023, Friday. The Sports Centre will be closed at 6.30 pm on that day.
