Eligibility
Applicant should:
- be a permanent Hong Kong resident;
- be a local full-time non-first-year student in one of the following programmes:
- BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering (33477 / 33477-SY)
- BEng (Hons) Scheme in Building Sciences and Engineering (33483)
- BEng (Hons) in Building Sciences and Engineering (33483-BEE / 33483-SYE / 33483-BES / 33483-XAE / 33843-XIE)
- BSc (Hons) in Building Engineering and Management (32405-BEM / 32405-SYB / 32405-XAB)
- BSc (Hons) in Property Management (32405-PMT / 32405-SYP / 32405-XIP/
- BSc (Hons) in Surveying (32405-SUV / 32405-SYS)
- BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering (31476-CE / 31476-SYC / 31476-SFS / 31476-XAS / 31469 / 31469-SY)
- BSc (Hons) in Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics (34478 / 34478-SY / 34480-FYL / 34480-SYL / 34480-XAL)
- BSc (Hons) in Urban Informatics and Smart Cities (34480-FYU)
- BA (Hons) in Applied Ageing Studies and Service Management (54458)
- BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing (53482)
- BSc (Hons) in Nursing (53455 / 53455-SY)
- have obtained a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.1 in 2024/25 at PolyU; and
- be able to demonstrate his/her genuine need. The total monthly household income, including all full-time/part-time income, investment profit, government grant, CSSA, and all remittances, alimony, allowances or contributions received (information reported on page 2 & 3 of the application form), should not exceed HK$10,100/HK$21,800/HK$36,900/HK$50,500/HK$68,400/HK$67,400 for a family of 1/2/3/4/5/6 or above persons respectively.
