Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) – Kwoks’ Foundation Limited launched the SHKP-Kwoks’ x PolyU Building Homes with Heart Scholarship Programme in 2022/23 to support a maximum of 56 outstanding students to pursue studies in construction, real estate and engineering-related disciplines at PolyU from the 2022/23 to 2025/26 academic years.
The following 10 outstanding PolyU students were presented the SHKP-Kwoks’ x PolyU Building Homes with Heart Scholarship 2022/23 at the Scholarship Presentation Ceremony held on 2 August 2023 in Sun Hung Kai Centre:

HO Sik Man BSc (Hons) in Surveying
HUANG Mingxian BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering)
LAW Sing BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering
LI Lok Yi BSc (Hons) in Building Engineering & Management
LIANG Yingsi MSc in Construction & Real Estate
MUHAMMAD Junaid Khalid BSc (Hons) in Building Engineering & Management
WONG Lok Hin BEng (Hons) in Building Service Engineering
XIE Angxi MSc in Project Management
ZHU Jiaxu MSc in Civil Engineering
SHKP also arranged a guided tour to the International Commerce Centre (ICC) on the same day and the awardees were briefed on the project design and development plan of SHKP’s mega commercial project on top the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Station.
