Note: Students will be informed of the check-in date nearer the time. During the mass check-in period, the check-in counter will be open between 9:30am and 9:30pm. To better manage the check-in arrangement, you are encouraged to arrive before 9 pm. Late check-in after 11pm will generally not be considered. For students who need to check-in after 11pm, please email the Hall Administration at the relevant email address below and attach a copy of their inbound travel tickets at least 3 working days prior to their arrival in Hong Kong for consideration. If there are unforeseen late check-in circumstances, please call the corresponding phone number.
