NLS Information Session for new non-local Undergraduate and exchange students was successfully held on 29 Aug 2025, warmly welcomed almost 800 UG and exchange students at JCA.
The session began with inspiring welcoming remarks from Prof. Horace Mui, Interim Dean of Students, who emphasized the importance of PolyU community and support as students embark on their academic journeys.
Safety tips and the importance of personal information were shared by the HK Police Force and the PCPD, equipping our students with vital knowledge for staying safe. Practical advice on adapting to life at PolyU was shared by our counsellor, encouraging students to seek support and connect with available resources. Followed with the sharing from the Non-local Student Services Team, where students were filled with the essential services and activities offered by the NLSST.
