General Information and Booking Fee

Multi-purpose Function Room (HHBMM102) 

• ·       The room could be booked by PolyU departments, student organisations and staff associations only.

• ·       Advance bookings for hall activities will be accepted 3 months in advance, while bookings for other activities can be made up to 2 months in advance. Booking form should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the booking date.

Booking Fee:

• A discounted rate of HKD140 per hour applies to for bookings made by PolyU departments, student organisations and staff associations. Fee waiver may be granted for activities organised by the Student Affairs Office and for examination bookings made by the Academic Registry.
