Thank you for your interest in the EXCELL Programme!

We at PolyU aim at providing the best holistic education for our students, nurturing them to become critical thinkers, effective communicators, innovative problem solvers and socially responsible global citizens.

Apart from the quality academic programmes run by faculties and schools, the Student Affairs Office offers our students with a wide variety of extra-curricular enrichment courses which could help you pick up essential life skills and become a more mature and confident person, unlock your unknown potentials and passions, broaden your perspectives and expand your network. Through joining these enrichment programmes, you will find your university years more life-changing, exciting, rewarding and fulfilling.

Take a look at the courses we offer and go ahead to register for the courses that sound interesting to you or that can help you equip with the skills you need.

Contents and details of the courses are subject to changes. Kindly note some courses may have to be cancelled if there are not enough students registered for them. Please check the POSS system before registering for the courses. The Student Affairs Office reserves the right to review and propose changes to the course as and when required.

The 2nd Round Online Application for EXCELL Programme (Semester 2, 2023/24) (30 Jan - 1 Feb 2024)

Thank you for your great support to the EXCELL (Extra-Curricular Enrichment for Lifelong Learners) Programme. The 2nd round online application will open from 30 January (00.00) to 1 February 2024 (23.59) for classes still with vacancies. If you are interested in any of these courses, please check out the relevant information and the respective vacancies at POSS system for registration at the time!

(Steps: Login > Click "Student Activity" > Choose “Extra-Curricular Courses for LifeLong Learners (EXC)” at “Organizer” option and click "Search" > Click “Add to My Favourite” for the course you want to apply for > Click “My Favourite Activities”, check the boxes of the courses and click "Proceed")

Important Dates
2nd Round Online Application:	30 January – 1 February 2024
Announcement of Lot-drawing Result:	2 February 2024*
Payment Period:	2 (12.30) - 5 February 2024 (23.59)

* Successful applicants will receive an email with payment details on 2 February 2024. If you do not receive any email from us on that day, it represents your application is unsuccessful.

Successful applicants are required to pay HK$50 for each course. You may wish to note that additional non-refundable material cost may be charged for some courses.
