EAGLE International Youth Leaders Summit

The EAGLE International Youth Leaders Summit (the Summit) 2026, themed “Aspire to a Sustainable World for Future Generations”, is a dynamic three-day programme taking place from 9 to 11 June 2026. The Summit brings together distinguished leaders, passionate youth, and community partners to inspire action and collaboration for a more sustainable future.

 

Summit Highlights

  • Features inspiring keynote speakers, including Ms Asuntha Charles, National Director of World Vision in Solomon Islands and Vanuatu, and Prof. Daniel T.L. SHEK, Associate Vice President (Undergraduate Programme) of PolyU, alongside other socially renowned leaders and practitioners
  • Opportunities to connect with young leaders from PolyU and partner universities around the world
  • Aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG
  • Cultural immersion and experiential learning in Hong Kong

 

 

Eligibility and Participation Options

PolyU full-time UGC-funded undergraduate students

  • Option 1: 3-Day Full Programme*
  • Option 2: (Day 2) Keynotes and Panel Sessions by Globally-renowned Leaders

 

PolyU postgraduate students and all students from UGC-funded universities are welcome to take part in (Day 2) Keynotes and Panel Sessions by Globally-renowned Leaders

Participants are expected to participate in all activities scheduled for their selected option.

* A deposit of HK$800 is required for the three-day programme and will be refunded upon satisfactory completion.

Day 1

Welcoming Briefing and Cultural Immersion Day: The Diverse Faces of Hong Kong

The Summit kicks off with a warm welcome and a unique cultural immersion experience, highlighting the urban prosperity and urban poverty of the city.

Day 2

Keynotes and Panel Sessions by Globally-renowned Leaders

Engage with keynote speeches from distinguished leaders and participate in parallel panel sessions led by societal and industry partners.
