Launched in 2023/24, EAGLE Global Youth Leadership Programme
EAGLE stands for Ethics, Aspirations, Globality, Leadership, and Excellence. Built on these core values, EAGLE is dedicated to nurturing young leaders who were ready to make a positive impact in a rapidly changing world.
To cater to different needs and levels of commitment, students participated in EAGLE as Seekers, Explorers or Adventurers. This flexible structure allowed participants to choose a path that best supports their personal growth and leadership development.
A key feature of EAGLE is its holistic and experiential approach. Throughout the programme, students participated in thematic trainings and workshops such as “Project and Crisis Management”, “Intercultural Competence”, “Ethics in Leadership”, “Social Innovation, Design Thinking and Co-creation", “Local Social Engagement” and a “Leadership Training Camp”. These interactive sessions challenged students to reflect, collaborate, and develop practical skills for real-world leadership.
The most significant highlight was the offshore expedition for EAGLE the Adventurers to Nepal. Students engaged in cross-cultural exchange, community engagement, and leadership challenges, gaining invaluable insights and putting their learning into practice in a global context. They co-created four social innovation projects together with the Nepali community and students from Tarun School in Kathmandu, to tackle environmental and hygiene issues with sustainable solutions.
EAGLE is all about empowering youth to grow as leaders with integrity, vision, and purpose—ready to inspire positive changes wherever they go.
