From Our Students

EAGLE was much more than a leadership programme. It was a life lesson in commitment, ethics, intercultural understanding, and personal growth. I'm now with a transformed mindset and a deeper appreciation for the people and the world around me.

The EAGLE journey enhanced my sense of purpose, improved my self-regulated learning, and shaped my cognitive and dispositional outlook.

I learned to work with people, collaborate with them, and truly understand what being part of a team means. I also learned the importance of reflection so to set a clear plan for the future.

As I came to understand through this journey, leadership is more than just leading a group. Leadership can manifest in various forms.
