Inclusive Employer Network

To advance inclusive employment in Hong Kong, PolyU has established the Inclusive Employer Network (IEN), a collaborative platform that brings together employers, professionals, and community partners committed to fostering a more inclusive workforce. IEN aims to cultivate an ecosystem that promotes employment opportunities for young talents with diverse needs, and serves to celebrate the efforts of organisations that proactively embrace inclusive employment practices.

PolyU values the dedication of IEN members in supporting young talents with diverse needs. In recognition of their contributions to inclusive employment, PolyU extends its gratitude through the presentation of tokens of appreciation at official university events. Such recognition also serves to encourage IEN members to advocate for inclusive employment practices within their business networks, amplifying the impacts of inclusive employment across industries in Hong Kong.
