   As our valued Member, you will receive priority access to our comprehensive range of professional sharing and training workshops. 2. Supportive Services during the Recruitment Process:

   The Network offers dedicated supportive services to assist your organisation throughout the recruitment processes. These services aim to streamline and optimise your hiring procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience when hiring candidates with special needs.

3. Priority Consideration for Recruitment Talks and Career Fairs*:

Your organisation will also be given priority consideration when applying to deliver recruitment talks and become one of the exhibitors in our Career Fairs.

Furthermore, in recognition of your commitment to inclusive employment, we will be presenting the prestigious “Inclusive Employer Award” in the forthcoming PolyU Career Fairs. This award aims to recognise and commend organisations that have successfully recruited PolyU students or recent graduates with special needs, acknowledging the unwavering dedication to inclusive employment practices.

With the consent of Members, the logos of organisations will be featured on the official website of PolyU’s Student Affairs Office (SAO).
