The reception counter (QT308) of the Student Affairs Office (SAO) will undergo renovation from 11 May 2026 to around 7 June 2026. During the renovation, the reception counter will be temporarily relocated to QT301, 3/F, Core Q. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival.

Temporary Closure of the Student Affairs Office Reception Counter from 11.45 am to 2.00 pm on 1 June 2026 (Monday) 

Please be informed that the Student Affairs Office (SAO) will be holding a staff retreat on 1 June 2026 (Monday).
  
The SAO temporary reception counter at QT301 will be temporarily closed from 11.45 am to 2.00 pm on the same day. During this period, calls to SAO hotline (2766 6800) will be directed to hotline mailbox. For urgent counselling support, please contact us at 2766 6789.
