Early withdrawal from any accommodation provided by the University shall be subject to an administrative charge. The administrative charge can be waived when a student fulfil one of the conditions stated in Section K Clause 3 of "Regulations Governing Hall Residence".

Students interested in University-managed Accommodations should read and agree to comply with the Regulations Governing Hall Residence and activate their PolyU net account first. Then submit the on-line application between 2 and 9 Dec 2025.
