Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) - Practical Flying Techniques 無人機專業航拍操作課程

Drones carrying a weight of not more than 25 kg are currently strictly regulated under Small Unmanned Aircrafts Order (Cap. 448G). The legislations aim at controlling the mid-air collision by classifying the small drones by weights and operation risks. The Standard Operation allows the drone users for the sole free-of-charge recreational purpose for aerial videographing and photographing only. Practising the fee-paying aerial services mandatorily necessitates the Advanced Rating Licensing under the requirements of Advanced Operation. Various statutory instruments and practicing circulars are issued by the Civil Aviation Department for strict operators’ compliance of air safety. This short course will assist the participants in preventing the offences of criminal liabilities related to the illegal drone flight and advising the proper safe and orderly drone operation.

A Certificate of Pass will be issued by UAS Limited and Data Oasis Limited after successfully tasting the simulated flying licensing assessment paper of 14 MC questions. Passig mark is 75% or 11/14. The Certificate is a free, privileged pass for joining the Drone Cadet Membership of the ‘Institute of Global Low Altitude Economy Drone Aviation Professionals Limited’.

無人機的重量不超過25公斤，目前根據《小型無人機條例》（第448G章）受到嚴格的管制。這些立法旨在通過根據重量和操作風險對小型無人機進行分類，以控制空中碰撞的風險。標準操作允許無人機使用者僅以非受酬的休閒目的進行空中攝影和拍攝。從事受酬的航拍服務必須在進階級操作的要求下獲得進階級許可才可進行。民航處發佈了各種法定文書和執業通告，以確保無人機遙距操作員嚴格遵守航空安全規定。本短期課程將幫助學員防止干犯無人機飛行相關的刑事責任，並對於正確、安全有序的無人機操作提供指導。

UAS Limited和Data Oasis Limited將對於成功通過14條選擇題的模擬飛行牌照評核試卷後頒發合格證書，及格分數為75%或11/14條題目。該證書是加入「環球低空經濟無人機航空專業人士協會有限公司」的無人機學員會員籍的免費､優惠通行證。
