Learning Cantonese with Fun (For Putonghua Speaking Students) – Advanced Level 輕鬆學粵語 (供普通話學生修讀) - 進階班

This course is designed for Putonghua speakers who have mastered elementary Cantonese. Students will study daily expressions, understand the similarities and differences between Cantonese and Putonghua, and be trained to communicate smoothly in Cantonese about their academic lives, social lives, works and entertainment, so as to adapt for their lives in Hong Kong.
本課程專為對粵語已有初步基礎的母語為普通話的學生而設，旨在讓同學能進一步學會粵語常用語，了解粵語和普通話的異同，並在學業、社交、工作、消閒娛樂等各方面，均能用粵語有效溝通，融入香港生活。

- Understand and use the frequently used daily expressions in various contexts

Dr. Joan Chau
Dr. Joan Chau graduated from The University of Hong Kong. She earned four degrees and two post-graduate certificates from The University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a Lecturer in Chinese Language Centre of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is an experienced Chinese teacher in different universities for more than 35 years.
