Sport Climbing is a sport derived from Mountaineering. Its focus is neither the skills nor physical fitness, but how to overcome your psychological barriers such as fear and anxiety. In addition to conquering the altitude, participants also learn about perseverance and positive attitudes in Sport Climbing. Are you ready for the challenge?
運動攀登本是由登山衍生的運動。除了講求技術和體能，更講求克服心理因素，例如恐懼及憂慮。參加者除了要征服高度，堅持和態度也很重要。你預備好挑戰自己了嗎?
Purpose 課程目的:
- Let participants understand what sport climbing is, and different types of competitions.
使參加者認識甚麼是運動攀登及不同種類的比賽。
- Get to know the roles and techniques of belayer and climber, and learn the correct and safe usage of sport climbing gears.
認識防護者和攀登者的角色和技巧, 並學習運動攀登器材的正確和安全使用方法。
