The University Research Facility in Life Sciences (ULS) is organizing a seminar on the Cell Xelence Spinning Disk + Label-Free Dual Modality Microscope, developed by CSR Biotech.
Cell Xelence is an advanced dual-modality imaging platform that combines spinning disk fluorescence imaging with label-free Optical Diffraction Tomography (ODT). The system supports sequential or simultaneous Spin + ODT imaging, enabling high-speed volumetric imaging and multi-channel live cell imaging applications. With AI-guided autonomous multi-phase imaging and proprietary “SACD” deconvolution, the platform provides enhanced imaging performance with resolution down to 120 nm, making it suitable for live cell imaging, high-throughput applications, and advanced cell biology research.
