ZEISS Axio Zoom.V16 & Apotome 3 - Engineered for the demanding requirements of large-sample imaging, the ZEISS Axio Zoom.V16 features a 16x zoom and a class-leading 0.25 N.A. This allows for maximum light collection even at medium magnification, ensuring bright fluorescence contrast across wide fields of view. The integration of ZEISS Apotome 3 technology further enhances results by removing background fluorescence and out-of-focus light. This synergy enables researchers to generate high-contrast optical sections and precise 3D renderings of complex specimens without the operational complexity of traditional confocal microscopy.
