ThermoFisher Talos L120C 120 kV TEM System

The ThermoFisher Talos L120C Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) is mainly used for sample screening and data collection on negatively stained biological specimens. The system operates at an accelerating voltage of 120 kV and is equipped with a LaB6 filament and a Ceta 16M CCD camera. The enhanced contrast of negative stain EM allows preliminary examination of relatively small biological samples with sizes under 30 nm, such as protein particles. The Talos L120C allows researchers to acquire high-quality images a simple and intuitive image acquisition software.
