The Agilent 6540 Liquid chromatography - Electrospray Ionization Quadrupole-Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer is a high resolution MS instrument with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) function, allowing identification of metabolites with high level of confidence.
