This elite network not only gave me the chance to intern in Hong Kong, where I gained firsthand experience in an international workplace, but also empowered me to launch a successful entrepreneurial venture that generated significant revenue. Indeed, the HRM programme has equipped me with both the strategic vision and practical skills to excel in the evolving world of human capital management.
