Ruixue Zhang is a Lecturer of the Department of Management & Marketing. Her research interests include proactivity (in particular, proactive personality), workplace climate, psychological ownership, and voice behavior. Her work appears in Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, and the Journal of Service Research. Her teaching mainly focuses on corporate social strategy, organization behavior, and cross-culture business management.
