Education and Academic Qualifications

  • Doctor of Philosophy, National University of Singapore

Katrina received her MSc degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, and her PhD degree in Organizational Behavior. Her research focuses on how co-worker social interaction, especially helping interaction, influences employees’ performance and psychological well-being. Her work on co-worker helping interaction has been published in outlets including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. She is currently serving on the editorial review boards of the Journal of Managerial Psychology and Management and Organization Review.
