Dr. Zhenxiao Chen is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Southern University of Science and Technology and his B.Eng. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include operational innovation, new business models, the operations–marketing interface, and supply chain management.
