He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy degree under the supervision of Prof. Krishna SAVANI and Prof. Wu LIU. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology in the Beijing Normal University. He is interested in people’s interactions with others and groups, as well as how individual and organizational goals can be achieved through such dynamics. Ke adopted both experimental and survey approaches in his research. He is also exploring to conduct research at the intersection of social psychology and organizational behaviors. He was fortunate to receive the Best Reviewer Award from the 2024 Academy of Management’s OB Division.
