Research Area: Management

 

Alexandra Kalinina is currently a Lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), where she teaches courses in strategic management and corporate social responsibility. She holds a PhD in Management from City University of Hong Kong, where she received multiple awards for academic performance and teaching excellence.

 

Before joining PolyU, Alexandra taught at City University of Hong Kong and Lingnan University. Alongside her academic career, she has worked in the private sector as a business development and marketing specialist, primarily in tech start-ups and innovation-driven environments.
