Prof. Liu Wu joined the Department of Management and Marketing in 2008 after he obtained his PhD at Vanderbilt University, U.S.A. His current passion of research centers on (1) leader-member and team dynamics on voice behavior, and (2) under which social conditions that cross-cultural differences in conflict resolutions may appear or disappear.
His work has appears in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Leadership Quarterly, and Journal Organizational Behavior. Professor Liu currently serves on the editorial board of Management and Organization Review. He is also the recipient of the Best Conference Paper Award (Empirical) at the Conference of the International Association for Conflict Management (IACM, 2009, Kyoto, Japan), and the Best Conference Paper Award (Micro Track) at the Conferences of the International Association for Chinese Management and Research (IACMR, 2006, Nanjing, China; 2014, Beijing, China).
