Kun Wang is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Department of Management and Marketing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She obtained her PhD from the UCL School of Management, University College London. Her primary research focuses on how social relationships and networks at work shape interpersonal dynamics and influence individual success. In her secondary research stream, she seeks to foster fairness in the workplace through the lens of personnel practices. Her work has been published in Academy of Management Journal and Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior.
