All MSc BM students in the 2025/26 academic year.

Mentor Profile
Faculty of Business (FB) alumni or industry professionals with at least two years of professional experience in their respective fields.
Mentor–Mentee Matching
FB will match Mentors and Mentees to the best of its ability based on Mentees’ preferences and Mentors’ profiles (e.g. current/previous industry, skills and experience). Please note that we cannot guarantee matching results and we reserve the right to make the final matching decision.
Expectations for Mentees
To make the most of the MSc BM Mentorship Programme, Mentees are required to:
- Attend the Kick-off Ceremony in October 2025 and take part in at least TWO of the programme-level activities arranged by FB.
- Meet/contact their Mentors at least 3–4 times during the programme.
- Submit a report to their Mentors at the end of the programme detailing their mentorship experiences.
Application
Interested students should complete the online application form and indicate their mentoring preferences (e.g. preferred industries, career goals) by 8 September 2025. Access to the form requires logging in with a PolyU Connect Email Account.
