I am currently an Assistant Professor in Operations Management at the Faculty of Business of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). I also serve as an Associate Editor for Decision Sciences and am a member of the editorial board for IJOPM.

My primary research interests lie in the field of empirical operations management. I am passionate about applying and developing data science tools to solve novel challenges in real-world business contexts. My work has been supported by the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. I received my Ph.D. from Zhejiang University and my Bachelor's degree from Jilin University. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Researcher and Associate Professor at Tongji University.
