The 2026 SYSBS-HBI X PBS International Digital Business Simulation and Case Competition is a joint initiative by the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University (SYSBS), Harvard Business Impact, Education (HBIE), and the PolyU Business School (PBS) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Building on the success of the inaugural 2025 edition, which attracted 53 teams and 260 participants from universities across Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao, the 2026 edition expands its reach to include an international division open to institutions from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas.
The competition leverages Harvard Business Publishing's advanced digital simulation platform to immerse participants in realistic business environments and strategic decision-making scenarios. It is the first competition of its kind that Harvard Business Publishing has co-organised with universities in China on a global scale.
