Biography

Having joined ManpowerGroup in 1997, Lancy is currently Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup Greater China Limited (Stock code: 2180), where she has been strongly instrumental in building up operations framed around a regional initiative geared towards developing common business strategies and synergies for Greater China (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China).

As a recognized expert in human resources, Lancy is regularly featured in newspapers and on television and radio as spokesperson for ManpowerGroup in regard to the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey and the dynamics of her relevant markets. She is awarded GBA Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award 2021 and Asian Female Business Leader Award 2017 and in addition, she has led ManpowerGroup Greater China to numerous awards:

  • Excellent ESG Enterprise from HKET;
  • ‘Excellent Brand of Human Resources Consultancy’ from HK Leaders' Choice Award;
  • Awarded ‘Social Caring Company Award’ by Social Enterprise Research Institute (SERI);
  • Award for ‘Outstanding Society Contribution’ from Capital CEO;

She is also a Member of the Executive Committee and Chair of HR Subcommittee of Playright Children's Play Association, a leading charitable non-profit organization, Chairwomen of Training & Employment Steering Committee of Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power and a member of the Trade Advisory Committee under Employment Services - part of the Christian Action's Training Services Division. With regard to media, Lancy also blogs for CTHR.com and writes a column for JobMarket magazine, where she shares HR-related insights.

Ms. Chui holds a bachelor's degree in Arts (Majoring in Psychology and Business) from the University of Melbourne in Australia, in addition to holding Fellowship at the Asian College of Knowledge Management and Honorary Guest Lecturer of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.
