Leon is a veteran in the healthcare industry with over 20 years of management and executive experience across Asia Pacific and is currently under a dual appointment as the Asia Senior Vice President and General Manager and Asia Pacific Vice President of Strategy in Merit Medical (NASDAQ MMSI). As a way of giving back his knowledge and experience to society, Leon also mentors start-ups from PolyU, Cyberport, and HKSTP and teaches master-level courses. He has a Doctor of Business Administration in organizational behaviors from the PolyU, a MPhil from HKU in neuroscience, and a Bachelor in Biophysics from the University of Toronto. He has attended executive education at Harvard Business School,  Ross School of Business, and London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a Registered Six Sigma Champion™ and a Registered Corporate Coach™ from the Worldwide Association of Business Coach.  He has published his research in Academy of Management Journal and industrial magazine (資本雜誌), and was invited by CEIBS Business Review on the topic of leadership.
