Wonjoon received his BS in Business Administration, and his MHRIR and PhD in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. His research focuses on the theoretical and practical implications of interpersonal interactions (i.e., how people treat each other) in the workplace. Specifically, he investigates how, when, and why relational dynamics affect individuals’ experiences and perceptions in different circumstances such as where conflict arises and how individuals perceive unfairness. Wonjoon’s current publications appear in Journal of Applied Psychology, International Journal of Conflict Management, Industrial Relations, and International Journal of Training and Development, etc.
