Aims
This programme aims to equip students to transform innovative ideas into successful ventures and develop into future leaders in technology entrepreneurship. The curriculum integrates the three key areas of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship, laying a solid foundation for students to embark on their journey as technology entrepreneurs.
Upon completion of the programme, students are expected to master three core competencies:
1. Technology Entrepreneurship
- Identify and assess new business opportunities in the technology sector
- Develop and implement business plans for technology start-ups
- Respond to market changes and technological advancement timely
2. Technology Commercialisation
- Leverage emerging technologies to enhance operational processes and products
- Formulate sustainable business strategies that balance environmental, social and economic factors
- Demonstrate compelling business proposals and negotiation skills
3. Cross-disciplinary Leadership
- Communicate and collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams
- Analyse complex data and develop innovative solutions for informed decision-making
- Master global entrepreneurial landscape and policies
