Schedule of Online Programme Registration

You will be informed via the Notice of Offer to complete the online programme registration during the following periods:
Semester 1, 2021/22:  1 August 2021 (Sunday) – 29 August 2021 (Sunday)

For new students who are admitted in the following Semester:
Semester 2, 2021/22:  13/12/2021 (Monday) – 31/12/2021 (Friday)
Summer term, 2021/22: 14/4/2022 (Thursday) – 30/4/2022 (Saturday)

Please use your NetID and password to apply a QR access code via Visitor Registration System 48 hours before you come to PolyU to collect your student ID card.  You can refer to the User Guide for details.

Getting Ready for Campus

Please report in person to the general office of your host department on or before 30 August 2021.  The GS will hold an orientation programme for all new RPg students in September every year.  Attendance is mandatory.  Details of the programme will be sent to you by email in due course.

Bank Account Information

If you are a stipend recipient, please open a bank account in Hong Kong and enter your bank account information at Student Account Enquiry as soon as possible.

Mandatory Research Language Skills Assessment (RLSA)

Please take the RLSA in your first semester of study at PolyU and you may be required to take relevant subjects based on your performance.
