Note:

An additional tour fee (The exact amount depends on the selected destination of the field trip) will be charged to student who opts for any one of the following elective subjects:

  1. HTM528 – Trends and Issues in Global Tourism
  2. HTM557 – Residential Study Trip
  3. HTM573 – Business Development and Branding
  4. HTM577 – Luxury Service Management in Practice

Besides, newly admitted MSc/PgD International Wine Management students are also required to pay Viticulture and Wine Experience Fees of HK$8,550.

Industry practice, management skills and research competencies will be developed through the interdisciplinary subject exposure, problem identification, business case analysis, and management application.
