Visiting Lecturer

Stephen Lam served for a Fortune100 company for over a quarter of a century. Because of his enthusiasm on technology, he served different roles in the company such as identifying and setting up alliances with industry partners and startups, and managed sales and marketing for various technology solutions across the region. He was the CTO of the technology group in the region for a period during his career in the company.

Stephen is a veteran in high performance computing and networking. These are the topics of his research prior joining the industry. He taught undergraduates and postgraduates in the UK and in Hong Kong. Besides teaching, he shared his experience to younger students through various mentorship programs organised by IET in the UK and in Hong Kong and CLAP in Hong Kong.
